Rajshekhar Debnath joined Red.Digital Limited in February 2022 as Finance Controller. He became the Chief Financial Officer of Red.Digital Limited in August 2022. 

Rajshekhar brings 10 years of industry experience in financial planning and budgeting, business partnering, financial reporting, auditing, and compliance, among other things. He accumulated this experience while working for Robi Axiata Limited, Airtel Bangladesh, and KPMG Bangladesh. In addition to his BBA and MBA in Accounting from Dhaka University, he is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW) in the United Kingdom and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (FCA).
